About Us

We are Erica and Matthew Alvey. We started working towards our dream of opening a quality online store
in 2001. We wanted to provide a place for people to shop for fine items of an unusual
nature, many of which we searched for ourselves but could never find. We finally decided to start
making these items ourselves, and in return offer them for sale to others as well. We are concerned first
and foremost with the quality and distinctiveness of each item we make. In addition to the items we make
ourselves, we offer items from around the world as well, but only after we can ensure that they are of premium
quality.
We understand the needs of those who like exotic and non-traditional items that are hard to find, and have
sought to provide only the most unusual and hard-to-find items for your home, sacred place, or Temple. We
also understand the unique needs of the non-traditional person, and would like to offer an opportunity for
requests of special items that are not listed on our site, such as unusual candle colors, incense blends,
or distinctive oils.
