This may seem like a strange letter, but I'm a Lutheran Christian and
I really want to thank you for your website and for the black candles
I received - and I'm not being facetious or snide, either!
Many liturgically-based churches use different colored vestments (and
candles) for different seasons and festivals in the church year, and
that includes the use of black for Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, All
Saints' Day, New Year's Day (when all the candles are lit, which
signifies everything that will happen in a new year - including
death, which is a natural process which everyone will experience).
Have you ever tried buying a black candle in TEXAS???
I saw your website and ordered a dozen 12" black candles, both for
me, my parish and an Episcopal parish not far from where I live - and
we have our requisite black candle which we needed for Good Friday!
I'll be ordering more candles from you - and thank you, thank you,

I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with my purchase from y'all! I had first encountered SomaLuna when I struck up a conversation with a now-friend, then-stranger named Amy at a Reiki conference because she smelled so good! I have worn rose scents for 12+ years now, and she was wearing your Psychic Power. She then GAVE me her bottle!
I ordered the Coco Rose Oil (a divinely inspired concoction, if there ever was one!) and got compliments in the grocery store the first time I put it on. My girlfriend is going on a 2-week vision quest so of course I gave her Vision Quest Oil--she was tickled! She also loves jasmine and (yes, with my interests in mind as well as hers!) ordered the Garden of Delight Oil, and I got a Meditation Oil for me. The myrrh is so special.
Anyway, thanks for the beautiful oils, so lovingly created and with beautiful labels. And they got to me so quickly! Great job! |
