Processing:
|
We often ship the same day if the order is placed before Noon (Eastern), but please allow 2 business days
for the processing of your order upon receipt of payment. Large candle orders may require up to 5 days
processing time, depending on the volume of our current candle orders.
We make every effort to ship Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders the same day that the order
is placed. If you chose express shipping and you need your order shipped the same day it is placed
please call us to verify that we can indeed ship the same day and that all of your items are in stock. You order must
be received before noon Eastern Time in order to have a reasonable chance to be shipped the same day.
Please remember that UPS does not deliver on weekends, and the US Post Office does not deliver on Sundays. Also, packages are usually not in transit on weekends, so do not include weekends or holidays in your estimated delivery time.

Shipping Charges:
|
Shipping charges can be seen directly in our shopping cart. Simply enter you zip code or country, and choose
your shipping type. The shipping charges are very accurate; however we reserve the right to correct any mistakes
in shipping amounts generated by our online ordering system. Please request notification in the customer comment
section if you wish to be notified of any changes prior to the shipping of your order.
Orders that require an address correction on route due to customer error and result in an additional charge will be the
responsibility of the customer. Any fees charged for orders that are returned as not deliverable will be charged to the
customer. The customer is responsible for any charges for re-shipping orders.

Shipping Options:
|
We offer UPS and United States Postal Service shipping options. UPS shipments are insured, and trackable using a tracking number we will send to you in a shipping notice email when your package is shipped. We offer USPS shipping to allow for a less expensive option using First Class Mail or Priority Mail. This option can be less expensive for lower weight orders. Please keep in mind when choosing USPS for your shipping type that it is not insured, and that we are not responsible for lost packages, or items that are damaged in shipping. We do use delivery confirmation for all USPS shipments. If you wish to have your shipment insured against loss or damage, please select UPS as your shipping option.
In addition, we are not responsible for packages that are left by the delivery company that are stolen after delivery. If you do not want a package to be left, please contact your local UPS shipping office, or USPS carrier, and leave instructions for delivery when you will not be there to receive the item. We do not have a way of contacting your local carriers.
All overseas orders, orders with a shipping address for APO/FPO, and orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS only. Overseas orders will be insured if possible.

Returns & Exchanges:
|
Candle Orders: Due to the fragility of candles in shipping, we cannot accept candle returns. We recommend when selecting a color that you purchase one candle in the color you are interested in to test the color if you are unsure if it will match your décor. We are always happy to work with you on selecting the best candles to meet your needs, so don’t hesitate to call us!
For our own protection, and that of our customers, we do not allow returns or exchanges for perishable items (herbs, oils, gums and resins) that could be tampered with.
We have a "no questions asked" return policy. We always allow exchanges or store credit if the items are shipped back
to us by the customer and the items are still in new and unused condition. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned orders with a product total over $100.00 will be charged a 15% restock fee. Please contact
us for further return information or questions. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment. All sales for pre-arranged special orders are final. In case of cancellation of pre-arranged specialty orders before delivery, a 15% cancellation fee shall be assessed.
Any orders that are returned as non-deliverable or that are refused delivery without prior authorization will be assessed a 15% restock fee.
