Small round charcoals

Charcoal tablets are required for burning herbs, resins, loose incense or powdered incense.  These 10-pack rolls of charcoal are easy-lighting and have a decent burn-time. They are good for rituals or ceremonies that will last 90 minutes or less, or in cases where you have a smaller brazier or incense burner.

The fast lighting charcoal from Swift-Lite is a smokeless and odorless product originally designed for religious Incense burning. The product was re-developed in the 1980’s and has become as a major global brand as a heat source for Shisha pipe smoking.  Swift Lite charcoal uses sustainable wood sources and only uses specially selected species of timber in order to give a hotter and stronger product.

Remove a tablet from the sealed roll and place in a censer or heat proof dish. Light the edge of the tablet with a match or lighter. The tablet will then light across its surface. The tablet should be left to burn out and cool in the censer. If the tablet is to be extinguished before it is fully cooled then it should be placed in a container of cold water.

In order to maintain freshness open rolls should be re-sealed and returned to the box which should be kept closed and stored in a cool dry place. Effective storage will ensure quick lighting and long burning.
