This is by far the best Myrrh that I have ever purchased. It has a before, now and after effect on the senses. It has subtle and lingering notes way after burning. This is a keeper for those who enjoy natural resins and woods.

Myrrh in general does indeed have a water-latex smell, but the higher grades of myrrh move toward having much less of this smell and other smells coming to the fore. This Yemen Myrrh has secrets. It is not strong-smelling, but the subtle wood note is something I didn't smell with any of the other myrrhs in the sampler. Cup your hands around the charcoal with this on it for the full effect.
