How To Order:

You can add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button next to the item(s) you want. You can figure shipping as you go by following the instructions in the shopping cart. Once you have all of the items that you want to buy in your shopping cart, simply click the "Proceed To Checkout" button, and follow the instructions on the pages which follow.

Problems with check out:

What is a billing address? The billing address is the address on file with your bank where they send you your credit card statement. This address must match the address in the merchant services system for your credit card or your card will be declined. This is a system that was put in place for fraud prevention, and we cannot disable it.

Occasionally a credit card will be declined despite a correct billing address being entered. Unfortunately we have no control over this. This is determined by the banks and merchant services. Sometimes billing addresses are not properly updated in their systems, despite a customer calling their bank and updating the billing address. When this happens, a pending charge will show up in your account. This charge will drop off typically in 2-3 business days, but occasionally it takes longer. We are very sorry about this, and again, have no control over this issue.

If your card has been declined and you know that you have funds available, and you have verified that the billing address for your credit card is the same as the address that you entered in the shopping cart for “billing address,” we suggest that you contact us for assistance. We can send you a PayPal invoice which allows for you to pay for your order with your credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do this.  You may also utilize PayPal yourself through our check out system if you would prefer.

Please do not resubmit your information online as it may result in additional charges to show up as pending in your account.

For international customers: Often international billing addresses are not accepted in the address verification system of merchant services. If your card is declined, please contact us for assistance. We can send you a PayPal invoice which allows for you to pay for your order with your credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do this.

Mail Order:

If you wish to order by mail please use our shopping cart system, and then choose "pay by money order" during checkout. Go through checkout completely. You will then be given a form showing your order that you can print or hand-copy and mail to us along with your money order. We no longer accept personal checks.  If you wish to use an e-check, please use PayPal.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges can be figured before checkout by using our shopping cart. Simply add items to the shopping cart and then follow the instructions on the shopping cart page.

Shipping:   

We ship via The United States Postal Service.  This has proven to be the least expensive and often the most efficient method of shipping.  If you would prefer that your order be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex, we would be happy to arrange your shipment on your account.  Please provide your account number in a note with your order, or give us a call.  Shipping charges charged through our check out process would be refunded in the case that we ship on your account.

The shipping times given in the shopping cart are the estimated times as given by USPS. They are usually very accurate. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 days for processing of your order by us. Orders are usually shipped the next day, but occasionally large orders may take longer. If you have a deadline for your order, please make us aware of that in the comments section during checkout.

International Orders: Shipping times can vary from 1-6 weeks, depending upon your location, mail service, and customs departments.  We will ship within 1-3 business days, but cannot always predict timing once your order leaves the United States.   

Credit Card:

If you wish to order by credit card, please use our secure on-line shopping cart system and choose "pay by credit card" during checkout. You will then be sent to a secure page and asked for your personal information and credit card information. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to use your credit card over the phone, you can Contact Us to place your order directly with us on the phone.   All credit card transactions will post to your account under the name Soma Luna LLC.

We do not accept International Credit Cards.  To place an International order, please use PayPal, or send an International Money Order in USD.

PayPal:

If you wish to order by PayPal, please use our secure on-line shopping cart system and choose "pay by PayPal" during checkout. You will then be asked for your personal information, and then sent to PayPal to make your payment. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or E-Checks.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal to pay for your order.

Money Order:

If you wish to pay by money order, please use our shopping cart system, and then choose "pay by money order" during checkout. Go through checkout completely. International Orders:

We are happy to ship to any country that is allowed by the United States Postal Service!
